Anyone can see that those signs are COUNTY property on County owned land.
Why don't you lead a fixer up plan without strings attached??
Technically the whole thing is county property. A $1 payment long ago and an agreement to always have an animal shelter at the site is the only thing keeping the place "private property".
Why would anyone want to fix the place up with no strings? That is what has gotten the place into the shape it is.

You look at the animals in the WEST VOLUSIA IN-HUMANE SOCIETY and you tell me if the above scripture is being followed.
I love it when people start to twist the Bible into their own interpretation for personal attacks.
Whatever the property is, there is one thing to be certain, the animals there are NOT being cared for and are NOT receiving the proper medical and hygenic care needed, to say the least! You can see that pulling up to the place! Its repulsive!
